not a short or quick decision, and I work closely with my
clients whether it is 1 month or 24 months, to help them find the
right property. What's more, I also believe that it is important
to provide my clients guidance based on my experience of selling
and buying approx over 200 homes. If I believe that you are not
receiving a good value, or that a home is not good quality, I
will advise you against purchasing that home. Ultimately, my
business is based on your long-term satisfaction, as I receive
almost all of my clients through direct referrals from prior
clients. Maintaining such a high level of referrals is only
possible if I provide honest guidance.
Being in the Real Estate business for over Eighteen years and having
Real Estate experience of over 22 years and
being multilingual in English, Hindi, Urdu, Gujrati, and Kutchi, I am able to
understand the needs of many cultures. This has provided me

need of young adults and growing families alike. Helping families
in their various stages of life has provided me great personal
fulfillment and has allowed me to develop close relationships
